Privacy Policy

One thing: the consultation form. It has two fields, a practice name and an email address, and it is the only place on this site where you can enter information about yourself. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to buy.

The site also receives the ordinary technical information any web server receives when a page is requested, such as the type of browser and the general region a request came from. This is described under Analytics below.

This website is not a secure channel for protected health information and is not intended to be one. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, appointment details, claim details, or any other patient information into the form on this site, and do not send them by ordinary email. If you are already a client and need to send something containing patient information, contact us and we will arrange a secure method.

The practice name and email address are used to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission.

Two services are involved in running this site, and both are named here because your information passes through them.

Web3Forms receives the consultation form and delivers it to our email inbox. It is the mechanism that turns a submitted form into an email; it is not a database of enquiries kept by this site.

Vercel hosts the site and provides its analytics.

Beyond these, information is disclosed only where the law requires it.

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party profiling. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

Page views are counted using Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed not to identify individual visitors. It uses no cookies. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, and that hash is discarded after twenty-four hours. What is recorded is the page visited, the referring site, the browser and device type, and the general geographic region. None of it is tied to a name or an email address, including the ones submitted through the form.

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so most sites simply disclose what they do. This site does not track visitors across other websites or over time, for anyone, whether or not that signal is sent. So there is nothing for the signal to switch off.

Enquiries arrive as email and are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and no longer than necessary after that. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email carla@wallacebilling.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. The request is the same: email us and say what you want done.

This site is a business service aimed at medical practices. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.
